Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, we're here to help.

Returns

Goods sold by Ecoware International are exchangeable with other products with same values within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to:

-    Goods are in unused condition and in its original packaging

-    Request raised with proof of purchase from Ecoware International

Customers are responsible for shipment costs, if any, for returning the goods to Ecoware International’s designated address.

Refunds

Only defective goods which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery are eligible for refunds.

Once the return of defective goods is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via your original mode of payment, or such other payment mode deemed appropriate.  Refund through certain channels may take several hours to several days to process, depending on fund transfer policy of the payment platform.
